REVIEW:

This is the second book I've read by Abbi Glines. The first one was The Vincent Boys which I loved so I don't know why I never picked up The Vincent Brothers! I know! I know! Don't hate me! I'll be getting it very soon! I promise!

The story revolves around Blaire. A country girl who basically gets thrown to the sharks and enters the world of the rich and famous. I love how she is independent and doesn't want to take anything from anyone. She's also young, sweet and innocent. The only thing she wants is some time to get herself back on her feet then to be on her way again. 

Rush is Blaire's sexy stepbrother. Rush is the guy that every girl wants to be able to tame. The only problem is Rush is hot and he knows it. He's got money and he's gorgeous so when you have a hundred girls throwing themselves at your feet you're not about to settle down with one. Or are you? 

When Blaire comes into Rush's life she turns he's world upside down. He does all he can to keep her from wanting to be near him because he knows that if she's around him enough he could destroy her and her innocents.

I read this book in two days! I seriously stayed up until I couldn't hold my eyes open anymore. I am hooked on Blaire and Rush's story and I can't wait for the second book in this series! REVIEW:

I decided to pick up this book by J. Sterling after reading her first book "In Dreams", which I loved by the way! Anyways, I finally got around to reading this one over the holiday season while I was traveling and I loved it just as much as her last book! Especially since I'm a firm believer of love at first sight and soul mates this story really drew me in!

I adored Caroline! She's very likable and easy to connect with. She thinks she has her life all figured out, she's got a steady job and the "perfect" boyfriend. Then life as she knows it changes when she gets on a plane and meets Jackson. We get to see her emotions at their highest and I can't help but feel her pain when she's trying to make a decision between Clay and Jackson.

Clay is Caroline's boyfriend and he is amazing! He's the guy we all dream of having. He's very driven to be successful at his job and wants to give Caroline the life she always wanted. Then there is Jackson Parks! Of course I love Jackson! The connection she has with him is like nothing she's ever felt before. What do you do when you have any amazing guy at home but he doesn't give you the same deep, emotional connection as this stranger you just met. Caroline is going to have to make a choice and she knows either way someone is going to get hurt in the end.

Overall this book is a great easy read and I recommend it! Unless you are sensitive to story lines about cheating, in that case you may want to steer clear of this one. Even though there is no physical cheating there is still some emotion feelings going on. It's not something that bothers me much because of the way Caroline handles it in the story. It's an emotional roller coaster so if you decide to pick it up, enjoy the ride!

REVIEW:

I didn't think this book could possibly be better then the first but I was very wrong! I read this book in just a few days because I could not find the "right place" to stop and put it down. 

After Ruby thought that the majority of her problems had already taken place, she was sadly mistaken. If the drama between Hunter, Eli and herself wasn't enough add in the higher power and now you have a serious problem on your hands.

The higher power decides he needs Ruby's help with one of his plans and he will do anything he needs to in order to get her to agree to help him. It doesn't take much before Ruby is directly under the command of the higher power and his evil plan is underway.

If you've read "Your Guardian Angel" and enjoyed it you NEED to read this book! Which I'm sure if you've read "Your Guardian Angel" you already have this one ;)

REVIEW:

First off I must say, this book is my favorite book to date! It had me HOOKED from page one. It has action that takes place right off the bat and it had me wanting more. I could not put it down and I was begging Skyla for the next book when it ended!

The story follows Ruby Moore, I personally loved Ruby! I loved her witty comments she made at times that literally made me laugh out loud! She originally starts out as a goddess until her evil stepfather decides to take away her mother and life as she knows it by turning her into a vampire/goddess hybrid of some sort.

As if life isn’t hard enough for a teenager, on her birthday she gets taken and ends up at Sage Sanctum a school that her mother once attended. Luckily for Ruby, Sage Sanctum thinks they have a way they can give her back her old life as a goddess. This is where she meets her gorgeous guardian angel Eli De Luca. Of course there are rules against goddesses and guardian angels falling in love but…some rules are bound to be broken. Right? This was a nice change from your average vampire romance.

To make matters worse, Ruby's stepfather is still on the loose with his crew of loyal vampires at his side and will stop at nothing to kill Ruby.

I don’t want to give away the ending but OH MY GOD!!! I don’t think I’ve ever read a book that had a twist that surprised me as much this one! Needless to say, I am now a die hard Guardian Angel Series fan! Bravo, Skyla!
